Elizabeth Hoa Nguyễn is an inspirational author, philanthropy, John C. Maxwell Ambassador, John C. Maxwell Team Member, Connector, Entrepreneur, Relationship Builder, Certified Professional Coach, who has a burning passion adding value to people's lives. She speaks to people's heart, increases their conscious awareness and consequently creates the CHANGE that drives the improvement in their performance. She is also the Founder of The Millennial Empowerment Foundation (www.TMEFoundation.org); to equip young communities with personal development and leadership skills through real-life experience and world travel. Inside of her upcoming UPROOT books, Elizabeth shares her personal stories that have impacted her journey and how she embraced the tides to achieve her goals. Her message desires to help people discover their potential to keep their wheel of life balance and build a healthy family. Elizabeth fled Vietnam with her parents and her eight siblings after the Fall of Saigon, Vietnam on a small rickety wooden boat. They settled in the United States in December 1978. Elizabeth graduated from DeVry University in 1988 and pursued her career as a hardware engineer, technical instructor, curriculum developer, and business investor.
